Boxing up the Discworld Emporium

Discworld Emporium design and sell official merchandise from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld. The famous author maintained an active role in the creation of Discworld overseeing designs whilst writing books.

Tigerpak, a family run bespoke polystyrene and foam packaging company needed to supply an attractive packaging box for the Discworld Emporium to safely store their Terry Pratchett diecast figurine during transit and be completely ready for the retail environment.

Tigerpak approached Belmont for their help in the design and box packaging to help house the diecast figurines safely and are completely retail ready with precise and creative designs. The challenge was to come up with a packaging solution for five hundred fragile figurines into sturdy retail-ready packaging boxes.

Belmont created packaging with five hundred die-cut 0211s in E-flute with bright purple print onto a brown Kraft liner board. With a considerable amount of time designing the print with fine line work to ensure a high-quality finish. The solution was Belmont’s range of specialist retail ready packaging which was fully bespoke in measurement and fully branded.

The client, Tigerpak, was left really pleased with the quality of the packaging from Belmont and the first class service they received. The fine line design work was an added bonus of specifying a packaging solution specialist able to provide a full service from start to finish without outsourcing any aspects of the job.
